Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe. If you reside outside these regions, please contact us for information on whether we can ship to your location, along with delivery times and pricing details.

How long will my order take to arrive?


Your order is carefully prepared within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Where is my order?


After your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided. If you haven’t received your tracking information or have any concerns, please contact our support team.

Can I return or exchange my item?


Because each product is custom-made, we do not offer standard returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us with photos, and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Can I change, amend, or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations depend on whether we have started processing your order. Please email us as soon as possible to see if any adjustments can be made.

Will I face import fees with my order?

United States & Canada: Orders are processed and shipped from local facilities, so no additional import fees apply.
Europe: Orders are typically fulfilled from our print provider’s European facilities. For shipments within the EU and UK, no extra customs duties or import taxes are charged. However, orders shipped from Europe to non-EU countries may incur extra charges.

Please Note: In rare cases where a product isn’t available locally, it may be shipped from a nearby warehouse across borders, potentially resulting in additional customs or import fees. Please check with your local customs office for details, as any extra fees are the buyer’s responsibility.


Does your apparel shrink?


Our shirts exhibit minimal shrinkage. To maintain the best fit, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging your garments to dry. 

Why does my shirt smells funny?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual - it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and because we use Oeko-Tex™ - certified and safe eco-friendly inks.

So, if you notice any scent or discolouration, worry not - both will disappear after the first wash.

What are the Washing & Care instructions?

Machine wash cold (30C/86F), inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.

Are your prints fade-resistant?


Yes, our prints are designed to be fade-resistant, ensuring lasting color and quality.
