Shipping & Fulfilment

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe, with orders fulfilled locally by our print provider to minimize delays and extra fees. 

Your order is carefully prepared within 2–5 business days, and shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days. Every order comes with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you. If your order includes multiple products, they might arrive separately to ensure each item is handled with care.



Each product is made just for you once your order is placed. This approach not only guarantees a unique item tailored for you but also helps reduce waste and avoid overproduction. We typically complete the fulfillment process within 2–5 business days.


We want you to love your purchase! While we don’t offer returns due to the custom nature of our products, we’re here to help if something isn’t right. If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us with photos of the problem. We’ll gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

United States, Canada & Mexico:

Orders are processed and shipped from local facilities. No additional customs duties or import taxes apply.

Europe:

Orders are typically fulfilled from our print provider’s facilities in Europe. For orders from EU and UK no additional customs duties or import taxes apply. Orders shipped from Europe to non-EU countries may incur extra charges. 


Please Note: In rare cases where a product is not available locally, it may be shipped from a nearby warehouse across borders, which could result in additional customs or import fees.
